Honesty eases everything. There is no need to pent it up with lies. Yet women always expect pleasantries even when they are clearly wrong. Women will say everything that they think of a man but cannot handle it when the man tells the truth back. But the truth is the truth and it needs to be said.

It is the lack of this ability to handle the truth that disrupts men from being themselves. Most men think they have to speak a certain way, say certain things, do certain things and even go through certain routines to please a woman and enjoy her company. They turn chilling, something as simple as that into work.

No, stop! When a man is not afraid to tell the truth, he is more relaxed. Ultimately the truth is for him. It stops him from betraying his manhood. He is able to put a woman in check, he is able to easily tell her no as he easily expresses himself. A woman will feel that and she can only respect it.

At the age of 14, Yashua (Jesus) journeyed to India. Between the ages of 15 and 19, Yashua (Jesus) studied amongst the Brahma masters and common people. They referred to him as Hare Krishna. This title was carried back to Jerusalem and became Helios Khristos, meaning ‘the anointed son’, which in time became known as Christ.

Between the ages 20 and 25, Yashua journeyed up the Tigris Euphrates, going through Afghanistan and Chaldea. First he went to India with amongst the Hindu. He went to Bernares, where the Ganges river is.

The Brahmans also called him Parabrahm.He later travelled to Tibet and lived amongst the Buddhist. He became good friends with a man called Barato Arabo, a Buddhist priest. He and Barato read psalms, , prophets, Vestas, the Avesta and the wisdom of Guatama (Buddha). Yashua said:

“Man is the marvel of the universe. He is part of everything, for he has been a living thing on every plane of life. Time was when man was not, and then he was a bit of formless substance in the moods of time and then a protoplast. By universal law, all things tend upwards to a state of perfectness.”

Part of the books that is classified as vedas, is the Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita.

The Upanishads are philosophical texts considered to be an early source of Hindu religion. All the texts are said to be authorless. More than 200 texts are known, of which the first dozen or so, are the most important referred to as the main, principal from the old Upanishads.

The Bhagavad Gītā, meaning Song of God in Sanskrit is a 700-verse Hindu scripture that is part of the ancient Sanskrit epic Mahabharata.

Since the Gita is drawn from the Mahabharata, it is classified as a Smṛiti text. However, those branches of Hinduism that give it the status of an Upanishad, a “revealed” text. It is also also called “the Upanishad of the Upanishads.

The context of the Gita is a conversation between Lord Krishna and the Pandava prince Arjuna taking place in the middle of the battlefield before the start of the Kurukshetra War with armies on both sides ready to battle.

Malcom Gladwell covered areas of business, science and medicine. He’s background and experiments aided him to find what most would consider the science and pschology of business; not just one but all businesses. In his book ‘The Tipping Point’ where it seems google got the idea to create google+ using the six degrees of separation structure explained on pg 35 of the book. He’s books will most definitely change how you approach others.

pg 82 talking about communication was most revealing. It states:

…Subsequent research has revealed that it isn’t just gesture that is harmonized, but also conversational rhythm. When two people talk, their volume and pitch fall into balance. What linguists call speech rate—the number of speech sounds per second—equalizes. So does what is known as latency, the peroid of time that lapses between the moment one speaker stops talking and the moment the other speaker begins.

Two people may arrive at a conversation with very different conversational patterns. But almost instantly they reach a common ground. We all do it, all the time. Babies as young as one or two days old synchronize their head, elbow, shoulder, hip, and footmovements with the speech patterns of adults. Synchrony has even been found in the interactions of humans and apes. It’s part of the way we are hardwired.

When Tom Gau and I sat across from each other in his office, then, we almost immediately fell into physical and conversational harmony. We were dancing. Even before he attempted to persuade me with his words, he had forged a bond with me with his movements and his speech. So what made my encounter with him different, so much more compelling than the conersational encounters I have every day?

It isn’t that Gau was delibrately trying to harmonize himself with me. Some books on salesmanship recommend that persuaders try to mirror the posture or talking styles of their clients in order to establish rapport. But that’s been SHOWN NOT TO WORK. It makes people MORE UNCOMFORTABLE, NOT LESS. IT’S OBVIOUSLY PHONY.

What we are talking about is a kind of super-reflex, a fundamental physiological ability of which we are barely aware. And like all specialized human traits, some people have much more mastery over this reflex than others. Part of what it means to have a powerful or persuasive personality, then, is that you CAN DRAW OTHERS INTO YOUR OWN RHYTHMS AND DICTATE THE TERMS OF THE INTERACTION.

In some studies, students who have a high degree of synchrony with their teachers are happier, more enthused, interested, and easygoing. What I felt with Gau was that I was being seduced, not in the sexual sense, of course, but in a global way, that our conversation was being conducted on his terms, not mine. I felt I was becoming synchronized with him.

There is another, more specific dimension to this. When two people talk, they don’t just fall into physical and aural harmony. They also engage in what is called motor mimicry. If you show people pictures of a smiling face or a frowning face, they’ll smile or frown back, although perhaps only in muscular changes so fleeting that they can only be captured with electronic sensors…
